CarPlay / Android 16 reconnect fix · ~20 MB ZIP

  1. Insert the SD card into a card reader and format it on a computer.
  2. Extract the downloaded ZIP and copy the .img file to the root of the SD card.
  3. Eject the SD card from the card reader and insert it into the DU3210. Return to the home screen — the system will automatically pop up a confirmation window. Tap Confirm to begin the upgrade.
  4. The upgrade takes approximately 5 minutes. A green progress bar is displayed and the unit will restart several times during this phase.
  5. When the upgrade is complete, the unit displays a success message with the new firmware version:

    Congratulations on the successful upgrade.
    The new version is:
    20260418-141712

    The screen will then turn off and the unit will automatically restart — no further action is required.
